A Lake Story

A procession of over one hundred canoes moves in unison across Toronto’s eastern Waterfront on September 27/28, each carrying colour field paintings made with pigments sourced from the lake/shoreline and activated by the wind.

Canoe Heads 2025

Thank you so much for your very generous gift to Amici Children’s Camp Charity in support of my participation in Canoe Heads for Kids 2025!

Because of your support, I was able to reach my fundraising goal of $1500 and our team raised a new record of $8000! In total, the event on Saturday, May 24th raised almost $290,000!!!

Last year, thanks to supporters like you, Amici was able to send 311 campers to 48 partner camps across Ontario. In 2025, each camper who enjoys the life-changing magic of summer camp will have the chance to discover their full potential, make new memories and develop lifelong skills and friendships!

Thanks again for sharing the gift of camp! I’ve shared a few photos from the day (attached) that I hope you’ll enjoy.

Have a wonderful summer, knowing you have helped to make a difference in the life of a camper!

With immense gratitude,

Liz Kirk
